Likes: I love my team. The whole point of participating is to have fun, and we're working hard and having a blast doing it. I also love the strategic element of the game, trying to figure out where to focus your efforts to maximize your points.

Dislikes: I dislike the fact that so many of the challenges revolve around how much quantity you can produce, without a lot of opportunity to focus on the quality of the things we're creating. I also think the points for certain tasks/challenges don't always make sense based on the volume of work required. Some are easy points and some are incredibly difficult for what sometimes feels like arbitrary reasons.
