NO cereal at all. They're unhealthy. Them all, but especially those which claim to be the healthiest make you the sickest. Rant finished! But: if I eat a "morning bowl" – Germans are rather bread eaters They're soaked in a generous cup milk, gently heated on the stove, "spiced" with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg... Then about 2 oz. Greek yoghurt, freshly chopped cranberries, pistachios/nuts on top when it's finished. Generally called Porridge. Purrfect on cold, rainy fall/winter days. Brrrr! Of course, it goes with a bucket of Teufelsgebräu as a "side". Have a great day, Ms. Lilli ☕ |
