Not to mention there are small rabbits and squirrels if things get really bad— and they're not radioactive—I can use snare traps or stones to kill what I need.

I also know how to find water from underground in a temporary creek bed, pitch a tent, waterproof said tent and dig a hole for *cough* waste.

I also know how to garden effectively and I could use... leftovers for fertilizer. Just remember to sanitize afterwards.(if possible)

Just don't ask me to go anywhere off planet earth, prepare for gamma ray hitting earth directly, astroid impact, volcano popping up in my back yard or an ice age and we're good.
