Modern general medicine, I know thats cheating but I have no desire to live in the time before we had antibiotics, vaccines, scientific tests or any of that.

Life would be kinda tough if we were stuck with even 19th century or early 20th. All the morbidity and mortality was much worse back then.

I mean as much as I complain about all the tests, needle jabs and humiliation, I'd rather endure that than die a slow painful death from infection or disease.(as much as thats possible to avoid.)
