Well that is a loaded question which could open a whole can of worms  I think workers should > Receive a fair and living wage to reflect the cost of living/renting in their country > Only be expected to work a reasonable amount of hours per week (unless they choose to work more) > Be entitled to holiday pay, sick pay, and maternity/paternity pay > Not be bullied or manipulated by other staff or management > Have their personal needs and issues be taken in to account seriously by their employers > Be given a suitable place to work in if they have to work away from home which also suits their personal needs > Be given adequate and suitable equipment to work with > Be entitled to a Pension if they wish to pay in to one, but not be forced to pay in to one    |
