There is a wide range of settings for your Notebook access. Whichever setting you select allows anyone at that level and above see your Notebook. If you selected Preferred Author and higher only, lower levels will not have access. (I'm pretty sure that Moderator and Senior Moderator access levels are not available to you as that would exclude yourself from your own Notebook.)

There are also Group only levels that may appear for access, in which case only members of that group may have access to your Notebook.
