Unable to Edit, getting "fatal error"

Hello,

I am trying to edit the header for

 
Snail Mail Survey Open in new Window. [E]
Are you interested in a snail mail letter exchange?


I can open up the edit function and insert new text, but it doesn't give me the buttons to SAVE. Instead, it tells me:

[[ Fatal error #1772049821, page exiting. Sorry! ]]

I logged out and back in. I updated my browser. The survey is in my portfolio, but it was transferred to me a while back.
