First encounter - cute or dangerous?

You decide to stay in the forest and head for the small shack. This way is a little bit shorter but also more difficult and probably dangerous. Behind the trees, you see the sun going down slowly so you won't have much time before it gets dark.
Another factor that you'll have to consider is the presence of the wild animals who live in the forest. You are not an expert so you can't tell what kinds of animals are around and how you should behave to avoid them.
With these thoughts on your mind, you set out for the shack, trying to find an easy way through all the leafs, branches, stones and acorns that lie on the ground.

You encounter the first wild animal earlier than you expected: beneath a bush not far away from you, there is a small rodent. It has brown and white fur and a long bushy tail... a squirrel. Well, at least it should be small but at your size it seems really huge due to the fact that it is roughly eight or ten times your size.

The squirrel watches you as you walk by... it surely finds you interesting. You avoid looking back but you notice that it approaches you a little bit.

How should you react?

You have the following choices:

1. Get out of sight quickly.

2. Face it and try to present yourself as the human you are!
