Ben's belly explodes

Gwen put it back into his mouth and turned the water back on high. then Ben's belly started to expand extremely fast. Ben put his hands onto his belly and moaned in a bit of pain.

A few seconds have past and Ben was on his knees and holding his tight water filled belly that is about ready to explode. then when Ben's belly was as big and as tight it could get, it explodes.
