Evan goes outside

Evan was still feeling a bit off -- like his headache wasn't entirely gone -- so he decided to go outside to get some fresh air. He got dressed and then headed downstairs and out the front door and stood on his front steps. After a few minutes, Evan decided to take a little walk down the street. While he walked, Evan thought about the power that he might have and began planning the best way to test it.
