You let yourself into your sister's room and pull back the covers.

Jane's bottom is surrounded by a large dark patch.

The cold air on her wet skin wakes her up. She notices you before her accident. "What are you doing in my room?" she demands, then looks down at her mattress and turns a deep red. "Get out."
