This smoothie is one of my go-to favorites. It's simple, yummy, and healthy.
I don't typically measure out portions for my drinks, but I'll do what I can here.
10-15 frozen mango chunks
A splash of (soy/almond/regular) milk
3 heaping (regular) spoons of green tea matcha powder
Put the mango chunks in the blender. Pour in the milk so it goes to about halfway to the top of the mangos. You can adjust as necessary if you prefer your smoothies thicker/thinner. Dump in the matcha powder. Blend and enjoy!
**My smoothies usually turn out more like sorbet, so add in more liquid if you want to drink your smoothie, instead of eat it**
