Adopted by them, and is treated as their baby.

on the first day at camp kikiwaka, a limo parked in front of the camp. when the limo doors opened and Emma, Ravi and Zuri stepped out, Emma then leaned back in to undo the safety belts on an adult sized car seat containing Jessie who was wearing a light blue shirt with a flower on the front and a pink skirt that didn't completely cover the babyish diaper she was wearing.

some time ago Jessie was given an offer to be adopted by the Ross's to which Jessie agreed feeling like she had become like a member of the family in her few years as the Ross kid's nanny. Christina, after sighing the adoption papers, the family made arrangements for Jessie to be the baby of the family as a fresh start with her new family.

before Emma, Ravi, Zuri, and Jessie left for Camp, Christina called ahead and informed the camp about the situation with Jessie so Jessie would be made a camper on getting to camp.

after Emma got Jessie out of the limo and took her hand leading her into camp, was Jessie placed in the same cabin as her sisters?
