Where do we start?

Which kind of story would you want to follow?

Story 1: You and Twilight meet to discuss whether the myth of cities populated
by sentient cells inside ponies' bodies is fact or fiction.

Story 2: Twilight becomes ill, so you decide to shrink and go inside Twilight's
body to help her natural defenses fight off this infection.

Story 3: You come across Twilight while she's asleep, so you decide to
explore her insides while she unaware.

Story 4: A microscopic villain gained control over Twilight's body from the inside.
You then go inside her body to try and stop them.

You have the following choices:
