It was a cursed day for Fortune City. In the glimmering twilight of the sun, fires burned, bodies laid strewn across the Silver Strip. Zombies, the horror created due to Phenotran's experiments, populated the streets of the now apocalyptic-like Fortune City. Chuck Greene, fleeing to Fortune City after his Wife was Zombified and his Daughter Katey was bitten in Vegas, he was now on a daily hunt for Zombrex. Stacey Forsythe, the leader for C.U.R.E found her way to Fortune City after hearing about the new "Terror is Reality" show... and finally, Rebecca Chang, a reporter infamous for her conspiracy theories, she's in Fortune City after hearing many rumours about a nearby Phenotrans Facility.
