Sculpting together pieces
Of a shattered world


With eyes drifting shut
I can imagine her voice
and forget she's gone


Those stolen moments
Stalling, joking, delaying
Just to keep you near


How could I miss
The way we felt together
When we never met


Please don't remind me
Of the pain caused by caring
I've killed who I was
