Passive Aggressive Behavior And The Pain It Causes

Passive Aggressive

Pain
Though not inflicted directly it stings just the same.
Cowardly and well-orchestrated acts
brought the desired results.

Neglect
Blossoming feelings cast aside
by your inconsistency displayed as
obsession then neglect as you choose

Sabotage
Serpent-tongued and treacherous,
A wolf in sheep's clothing
redirecting my supporters.

Betrayed
Realizing that you are not what you seemed.
Knowing now it was a false front
infused  with double entendres and sarcasm.

Destroyed
The respect I had for you as a man
now dead and with it any desire I might
have had to remain in this mockery of love.

Wounded
I would have preferred a fist
in my face to this long-term assault.
It would hurt far less.

Gone
Your ability to hurt me for I know
who you are and what you're capable of.
I will never trust any part of me to you again.
