i wrote this about the woman i love...when we were apart...
my clock stares me down this night,
I'm awake and I ponder your sleep,
if at all.
I wonder what dreams have you and if not,
do you just simply breath as i do,
watching your chest rise and fall.
It would be easier to gather the moonlight,
than to tell you how much I want you,
right now.
I look at my hands and wonder if they should ever touch you,
will they come to know the tips of your lips,
somehow.
You tell me I am sweet,
but sweet is so bitter when it comes to love.
I'd dip my hands into eternal blackness to withdraw them and bestow you with an ebon blue serenity.
I'd lay with you and watch storms and their erratic light dance across your sky.
I'd bursh roses across your cheecks to eat up their aroma.
I want to know your beauty.
Something so Angelic.
Just to feel you breath. Just to watch you dance.
To smell you as you pass by and smile. To trully touch you. To trully taste you.
Heaven would be so jealous.
