Love, enlighten me

Break open the sky with diamonds
pour me a sparkling sunrise
upon my face and let it light
the world, enlightening
dreams with a string of hope
glossing over the earth
like pearls upon the ocean,

Tiny drops of dew rain down
surrounding my feet like sand .
