A Thanksgiving prayer

Thankfulness

I'm thankful that thou made me Lord,
I'm thankful that I'm thine.
I'm thankful for my daily bread
and water changed to wine.

I'm thankful for the earth below
and for the skies above.
I'm thankful for my neighbor, Lord,
that I may show thy love.

I'm thankful for the breath of life
and children who go on.
I'm thankful, Lord, to rest in thee
and make my life thy song.
