RULES

Please keep your item's rating E, ASR, 13+, or 18+.

It must be your own work and not written by someone else.

It must be written within the last year, no submissions written before January 1, 2024.

The item/entry can be written for other contests as well.

Your item or entry must follow the prompt.

The word limit for both fiction and non-fiction is 1,500 words.

Please post the word count/line count of your item at the bottom of your piece.

You are welcome to enter both static items and book entries.

Post your item using either the {bitem:plus number} or {entry: plus number} links in the forum comments.

Each month's contest begins at the 1st day of the month and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM WDC time.

Entry may not be edited after due date of contest until after judging is finished.

You may enter one poem and one story or essay for a total of two entries.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Grammar and Spelling - Always important in written works
Creativity - Of course, the more creative, the better.
Originality - It's got to be 100% you and yours.
Rules - You must follow the rules.
