slipping from Democrats’ grasp as they fracture

         It’s becoming clearer and clearer every day why the “deep state”, Washington D.C. elite
political class, ie. Clintons/Bush/Obama fought so hard to prevent Donald J. Trump from
entering the White House and exposing that our “representatives” have not been
representing us, the United States citizen, for a very long time. In 2015, Trump came
down the golden escalator and announced that he was running for president of the United
States. I believe Washington, D.C., underestimated him. Democrats and Republicans
alike. Underestimated in Washington D.C. and the “old guard’s” peril. So why did they
do so much to try and stop him then? Why are they still doing absolutely everything they
can to obstruct his agenda? Even then, it seemed like overkill, and I think we are now
seeing why.
         Even in the Republican primaries, Trump dominated the media and continues to do so
today. The media coverage was still mostly negative, but it was far more positive than it
is today. Most of his Republican opponents were not fans of him either, but most of them
have come around in a big way for Trump. Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio,
interestingly though Dick Cheney and Jeb Bush were not in that group, in fact Dick
Cheney came out against Trump. Even though Lindsey Graham has been in the Senate
for a long time and is often implied to be a “war hawk” type, Cheney and Bush feel like
the “old guard or the deep state” type. While Rubio, Cruz, and Graham do not.
         As we watch everything that is being done by the Trump administration, the legacy
“news” media can’t even keep up with the man. We see how ineffective the government
has actually been, working to enrich only themselves. Sitting around stealing taxpayer
money through different programs set up for the “citizens”. Increasing their personal
wealth via stock trades (“Congress Live Net Worth Tracker”), bribes, and a massive
amount of corrupt actions by past administrations, widely ignored or downplayed by the
legacy media (“Clinton Scandals”) (“Biden Family Investigation — United States House
Committee on Oversight and Government Reform”). Now we see and hear from the
President and his administration constantly; very little is being hidden. After the four
years of utter chaos under Joe Biden, from continued lies and cover-ups about, well,
everything (“Chairman Comer Expands Investigation into Biden Mental Decline
Cover-Up — United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform”).
For example, when the Biden administration repeatedly lied about the US-Mexico border,
constantly telling the American people that the border was secure (“House Judiciary
Border Security”). The entire Democrat party continued to be good soldiers and repeated
the lies denying what Americans could see with their own eyes at the border, and that Joe
Biden was falling up stairs and talking to dead people. What were Americans being told
by the same legacy media pundits that he is “sharp” or “on top of his game,” continuing
to tow the party line with the deception? After the years of cover-ups and distraction
tactics that the Democrats continue to invoke today, it’s hard to believe that anyone would
trust anything that the Democrats or the legacy media say.
         The rapid pace at which the Trump administration has turned the United States around in
every metric, from closing the border simply by enforcing the laws already in place,
another lie from Joe Biden (“Southwest Land Border Encounters”), to bringing down gas
prices (“U.S. All Grades All Formulations Retail Gasoline Prices (Dollars per Gallon)”),
lifting up our national security with decisive action against our adversaries and
negotiations with leaders willing to do so, taking the War on Drugs to the drug dealers
doors, finding out where taxpayer money is really going, turning around our agencies like
the FBI and CIA is nothing less than astonishing, considering that the American people
have been so used to administrations talking about nothing and doing even less. If you’re
not brainwashed by the Democrat narrative and aren’t wearing Trump goggles, I believe
most Americans are ecstatic that things are happening fast, whether you agree with it all
or not.
         It seems that all this action is what Democrats were afraid of all along. Coming out and
lying and stoking their left flank to the point of violence with the rhetoric, by using words
like “nazi”, “fascist”, or referring to people as “racist” or “transphobic” if someone
disagrees with allowing minors to make life-altering choices, all in the hope that the
name-calling will stop the questions. The Democrats appear to have Trump goggles, so
much so that it seems it does not matter what comes out of this administration; they are
on the other side. Whether it is Trump goggles or just hate, they fail to realize they are
losing any credibility they once had. Every time the Democrats speak it only gets worse,
taking the side of criminals over cops, immigrants over citizens, or taking more money
from the American people and giving it to anyone else (“Yes, Democrats are defending
Medicaid for illegal immigrants”) (“Comer: Democrat Governors are Prioritizing the
Protection of Criminal Illegal Aliens Over the Safety of American Citizens — United
States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform”). Ignoring
commonsense policy positions just to “fight” Trump and Republicans. Undermining the
intelligence of the US military by implying they have been given illegal orders that they
must disobey (“Trump ripped 6 Democrats over ‘seditious’ video. Here’s who they are.”).
Shutting down the government because Republicans would not agree to continue to pay
health insurance companies millions of dollars in subsidies, while the American people
struggle to survive comfortably.
         Americans understand that the Democrats didn’t want their corruption, inaction, paydays,
and false narratives exposed. Funny how they knew that Trump was not going to hide it
for them anymore. Americans may have forgotten that government works for us; we
don’t work for the government, but Americans remember now. Thanks to all their
political stunts from 2015 to now, the Russia hoax, false indictments, the mug shot, and
the two attempts of assassination, it’s very hard to deny the desperation within your
ranks. Even though there is a small fringe of Americans who are having trouble breaking
through the Trump goggles, most Americans are beyond tired of all the politicking,
inflaming, and name-calling that the Democrats use. If the Democrats hope to have a shot
in the future of ever regaining power, perhaps it’s time to be honest with yourselves and,
more importantly, the American people. You have FAILED every single American
citizen.
