Welcome to my portfolio. I'm retired from paid work but still a wife, mother, sister, aunt, advisor, friend and confidante. I love reading, television, learning, crafts, puzzles and conversation. I plan to stay intellectually healthy by enjoying life and learning new things daily. Some weeks are too busy for leisure activities but some are peaceful enough for me to work on my many accumulated ideas. I write poems, short fiction and experimental pieces and my ambition is to complete a novel. I foresee several decades of interesting creative writing. So far this portfolio's nearly empty but I hope to soon post something worth reading.
