Welcome to my port-come in and sample some horror, emotion, humor, info and entertainment ( I hope you will enjoy your visit). I have been writing for 32 years, via newspapers, magazines, grant proposals, training modules, and on WDC . I am currently a columnist for a local newspaper chain, and I write a column called "MInd/Body". I explore complementary and alternative medicine and therapies. I practice yoga and advocate for world peace and caring for our planet. I was 11 when my mom died, I'm a cancer survivor, and my youngest son has had 3 open heart surgeries. I am happy he's 16 and healthy. My outlook: "It's all good, no worries!"
