I am a recently retired Biology teacher from Malaysia; rich with multiracial diversity and cultures. English is not the first language spoken here, but most of my writings are in English. I have at one point in my life submitted my writings to magazines locally as well as in the USA. To date I have written and published two books locally. Since Malaysians are basically not avid readers, let alone books in English, I am not expecting anything much. But I shall continue to write simply because of my love for writing. I feel that I express myself better in words than verbally. I look forward to many hours of writing here in Writing.com
