I am a teacher in a rural area of New Mexico. For many years I lived in the Chicago area. I've published poetry in some poetry journals...and gotten plenty of rejections as well. Years ago I did scientific research which was published in some rather important journals. I've also done performance poetry in a number of venues including the Green Mill in Chicago. I have been in a number of poetry groups and I am on the board of the El Morro Area Arts Council. I also am a visual artist.
