I am 54 years old, retired from a career in finance, and want a second career in writing. I have a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Rhode Island and I'm considering either formal education or a year-long coaching arrangement in writing. I've written a few short stories for the Long Ridge writing course or personal advancement but nothing that's been published. I play competitive chess as a second passion. I live alone in a one bedroom apartment in West Warwick, RI. I've never been married, but would have liked to have been to the right girl. My writing interests are horror and thriller short and long fiction.
