I initially liked the first chapter that kept the main character in check as far as being too over the top and silly. I purchased solo and then went back to buy the entire collection. | ||
I didn't like... | ||
I didn't care for the predictability of the story as it went along. I wasn't crazy about the excuses the billionaire boyfriend had for keeping his distance. There were instances in the story line that were not quite up to par to make it believable. | ||

It looks like Julia Kent has quite a few books of this type available. I would pick up another when I was ready for some easy, leisurely reading. | ||

I like the ease of this set of books. They are humorous with a romantic twist. I wish the plot was not as easily predictable but for the most part the humor was funny and there were some clever moments throughout the books. | ||
