There were some good bits of advice in this book about how to improve your morning routine. At the risk of sounding a little snarky, I'm not sure the subtitle "the not-so-obvious secret guaranteed to transform your life" of this book is really all that accurate; the advice to "get up earlier than you have to and spend that time productively" seems pretty obvious to me. That said, there were some good suggestions in this book about how to make getting up early a little easier, and since that's 99% of the battle most of us have in the morning, in that respect the book was a success. Even though I didn't find any grand revelations in this book, it was motivating and worth a read, especially if you want some practical tips on how you can wake up earlier and prepare a morning routine that excites you to wake up for.
