Welcome to our community. I see a couple of notes about navigating. I can't even begin to count the number of tears I shed when learning to get around and do stuff here. It took me about 3 mos to know the important stuff. That was about a year ago. Since then, I have joined groups, made close friends, and got promoted so my case is now yellow just from being active around here.
