Does anyone here write steampunk? Would anyone be interested in a steampunk group? I have one, but it has been inactive for many years - it seemed interest had "lost its steam." If there is interest, I would love to launch an auction, gather some GPs and work on getting the boilers up and running again!

I like steampunk. I've never tried to write it.

. My prepping this year is bringing as many questions as answers, and I'll be happy to have a bunch of those questions answered before November so I can just concentrate on writing! If you don't do Prep Mo, but you do NaNo... maybe check it out - unless you're a pantser - if you are, I don't know how you do it! *bows deeply*
Last year I didn't do so good with Oct Prep, but this year's going better for me. I'm finding I'm definitely a "Planster", someone who's in between a Planner and a Panster. So some things I have to think about and some things I'm leaving until I actually start to write, or I start writing a chapter and then I'll leave the rest for later. I guess what I'm trying to say is that Oct Prep is worth the look around and maybe even trying out if you've not done it yet. You might be surprised.

Started a new job today as an outdoor writer for the local newspaper. I think this is going to be a fun adventure! So far, so good!
