Yes diet is the root of most illnesses. I am attempting to change my diet to a healthier one. It is easier said then done but with small changes every week it is possible.

I am really sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is never easy. When did your mother pass away? How are you dealing with it? How are you doing?
