Rhyming Galore

My first poem ever that I have ever wrote and I love to rhyme.

Poetry is a bore,
It makes me really want to snore,
But due to this new common core,
I’m writing words like it’s a chore.

My words are often big eyesores,
that won’t end up in the bookstores.
My words are easy to ignore,
and can be easily deplored.

Some of my rhymes can be adored,
even though I can go overboard,
There’s one thing you can’t ignore,
Is that I’m the rhyming overlord.
