The Overlooked

Mordecai has a deep sense of self-doubt. He always feels overshadowed by his twin brother Dietrich. He balances his self-confidence based on his brother's approval of him, however, Dietrich is evil and manipulative toward Mordechai and takes advantage of his brother's weaknesses.

The resolution will come as Mordecai is forced to overcome his self doubted in the face of his brother's actions. Mordecai has always felt like he has been overlooked because of the charisma and arrogance of his brother.

Mordecai is driven by a desire to prove himself but lacks a lot of the confidence needed to accomplish this. He always falls short in his own eyes and is consistently full of self-recrimination and self-analysis.

He is his own worst critic, even when others praise him for his actions.
