I found a tree while out walking and it looked like a dragon...

I was never a fan
Of Peter, Paul, and Mary,
But I know
The self destructive dragon
slowly kindles her fire
in the old wooden tree
where she waits
For you and me.
Lauren says we all
Have our own
Self destructive dragon,
Just some of us
Are better at hiding
Our old wooden trees.
I prefer to think of myself
As the Sancho to your
Don Quixote,
Attacking another windmill.
