War of Ruin

The Great war began when Mujun (Moo-Jun) one of the older major gods grew tired of serving in the heavens above and desired to rule a Kingdom of his own making,

To distract his fellow Divine brethren he stole various weapons and other artefacts belonging to the other gods then spread a rumour about the thefts soon all the gods were fighting amongst themselves so caught up in there feud that Mujun and his forces then quietly slipped away down to the earths and mortal worlds below.

Upon his arrival he began Lying to many that the gods were dead and he was all that remained, declaring himself Master of all he sees he immediately began a Great Campaign to conquer the known world as some flocked to his side while others fought against him, Disbelieving his lies.

Being a God and immortal he had no trouble facing those that would try to stop him, no amount of Country, Kingdoms or Empires and there Armies, No magic no mighty warrior or powerful mage or sorcerer or King could stop him, prayers to the other gods in there temples and shrines went unanswered as they were all to busy fighting amongst each other.

Soon he gathered a massive army of followers and built a great city he dubbed Mujuncity and a Great black pyramid, the largest building in the world to rule from.

his reign lasted for up to five hundred years when finally up in the heavens all of the gods suddenly stopped fighting and asked the question.

“hey where is Mujun?”

that’s when they saw below what he had done they saw the monuments he had built they saw the many enslaved to his whim his war machine ever expanding not content till his rule reached everywhere,

and they saw there temples some ruined either ignored or just nature itself reclaiming them,
And it was then there anger subsided with each other and it turned to Mujun angry for his deceit angry for his breaking the sacred rule of interfering in the mortal world angry for the millions he had killed and enslaved for his own desires, they all reconciled in that moment and journeyed downwards to fight him.

A feat which had not been done since the war against the old Dar-Klaco Gods, Beings that emerged from the deepest seas and darkest space in a war that killed most of there parents and ancestors,

All of them then rallied together all there forces Angel’s, men, sorcerers and other magical creatures for war and for fifteen years they fought him in a battle so great earthquakes and floods rocked the earth continents were sunk then surfaced again and again in a war that seemed like it would destroy the entire world.

Until at last they finally marched upon MujunCity and the black pyramid fell and Mujun fled to the hills in shame,

Mujun intended to buy his time and try again sometime in the not to distant future but according to legend there are two possibility’s to what happened one is that a Shepard boy stumbled across his cave by accident and alerted the others,

another legend is that his followers had simply turned on him and alerted the others to his presence,

whatever happened the outcome was the same, Mujun was wrapped in Gold chains then his Body was petrified in stone to make a statue then covered in bronze and placed upon his throne in the black pyramid, the pyramid was then uprooted and cast out into the deepest darkest parts of space. And there he still sits for all eternity.
