Don't feel bad!! At least you're working fifteen minutes every day, which keeps the project brewing in the back of your mind if nothing else. You'll have time to give him more focus. Tomorrow is a freebie day and you have a freestyle brainstorm after that. You can use those to spend more time on your antagonist if that's what you need.
