Intriguing structure, similar to the Cinquain ( http://www.poetrybase.info/forms/000/45.shtml ) or the Lanturne ( http://www.shadowpoetry.com/resources/wip/lanturne.html ), but the syllable counts do not quite match either one. Is this an original concoction, or do you have a source which I have not yet discovered?
