The elements of the form tell me that the scan will be primarily 12 metric lines of accentual syllabic verse in iambic hexameter. And thanks for the new form.

Aromas from the kitchen bring fond memories
of olden days, when lilting laughter often rang
throughout this house in merriment as children played.
Too soon, the surging tides of time would sweep us all
away to meet our destinies prescribed by fate.

Clearly you have mastered the meter and scanning the first stanza should be enough

My natural speech seems to be tetrameter rather than pentameter. I wrote my iambic pentameter assignment poem in classic Blank Verse.
I couldn't finish it up in 10 lines. So you are getting 11 lines of iambic pentameter.
