Question of the Day!

I only write when I'm in the mood, so it tends to just flow. Having said that, I've never written anything long - my short stories tend to be in and around the 1k-2k word mark. I dare say that, if I were a serious writer and producing more substantial works, I'd have to be more disciplined and I probably would find that exhausting. I've given up blogging for that reason - I can't think of anything particularly interesting to say, and the various blogging groups with their topic of the day prompts would, for me, just reduce it to a tedious chore. So I guess I'm destined to be a dabbler and not a serious writer.
