Biology and the idea of extant life on other planets/moons/asteroids/anywhere. Excluding Grays, Nords, Reptoids and Bigfoot. I don't buy into the Ancient Astronaut "theory" either. Humans were creative enough to build the Great Pyramids, Terracotta Warriors, Stone Hinge and other monuments on their own!

By extant life I mean microbes, life as we don't know it or stuff that doesn't look humanoid. Which is far more likely what will be encountered.
