Question of the Day!

I don't know, I guess in the past year I gained confidence. I started talk therapy and it's an ongoing, frustrating journey to move on from the past and at least act like a functional adult instead of a vindictive rage monster.

Before the car broke down I could actually go grocery shopping without having a panic attack in the middle of things. As it is I'm trying to find a way to make myself be brave enough to get back to job searching.

Not that my goal seems possible. I think thats why I had a weird dream last night.
