Yeah unless you work in an amusement park or the customer service industry. Then it doesn't matter how big a jerk a customer is or how wrong shoplifting, hitting the staff in the random body part or anything else that isn't cool is. The second you try to fight to defend yourself, you're in trouble, fired or up a s**t crick without a paddle. Wish I wasn't speaking from personal experience.

Also being a giant rage monster has led to family and neighbors shunning me. I'm no longer allowed in my sister-in-law's neighborhood because I had a very public meltdown. Trust me rage never served me well.
