One of the things I'm against, is having, or making the general public pay for funding anything like this. It started with the professional sports teams that called a city or community home. The owners of those teams are Billionaires, and want the general public to buy a new stadium. Those new 'homes' for the team will cost billions for the most expensive one, to many millions for the least expensive one. Yeah, using their own wealth to build a new home for 'his' team is out of the question. But you never seem to hear about that Billionaire paying for any portion of the stadium. That's where my thoughts on this originate. As far as Media goes though, I feel it should be built into a cities budget, which I know is taxed income from the public.
