The more she thought about it, the less hope she had. In a year, she would try out for the Olympic Volleyball team, and she needed someway to get above the competition. Her best friend, Kelsey, was on the volleyball team with her back in high school, but was going to college. They hadn't spent much time together, due to their busy schedules, but managed to find some time for lunch one day.
"So, how are the practices going." Kelsey asked. Kelsey was a cute blonde. She was fit like Zeinab, but had gained her freshman 15 lbs. She managed to lose some of it, and she had a nice figure. She was 5'6", with a 36C bra, and a curvy body. She was a 34B in high school, but when she gained weight, she went up to a 38B (meaning her breasts didn't grow). She was trying some exercises that helped increase her breast size to a C while she lost weight. She even gained a half an inch in height after the first few weeks of doing them, but she hadn't gain anything since then.
"Alright I guess...There is a lot of good players. I'm not really sure I have what it takes." Zeinab explained.
"Oh come on, you are the best I've ever seen! And you are so tall, you got a lot over those other girls."
"Yeah, but some of these girls are just as tall...and even the shorter ones are just as good as me. If I was just a bit taller..."
Kelsey paused. "Why don't you just train harder? You can get better than them."
Zeinab shook her head. "I'm trying as hard as I can, and I'm not improving enough. I'm in the middle of the pack..."
Kelsey paused again, trying to think of something to help her friend. "I know!" Kelsey was gonna told her about the stretches and exercises she was doing, and how they gave her a little bit of height and muscle tone.
"Half an inch isn't much..." Zeinab said.
"Yeah, but even little bit counts, right? That's why swimmers shave everything they can, so they have less drag in the water. Half an inch could give you the slight advantage you need over the other girls." Kelsey said.
"I guess it can't hurt. I'll just take some of my downtime and stretch like you told me." Zeinab said. Kelsey smiled. She knew that half an inch wouldn't do much, but it might inspire her friend a bit more, giving her the boost she needed.
Little did she know how dedicated Zeinab was, that Zeinab was doing the stretches and exercises much more than Kelsey told her. After 2 weeks, Zeinab managed to gain an entire inch in height, reaching 6'6". Kelsey was right, and this did inspire Zeinab to work harder. She began overshadowing the other girls at the practices, almost playing as a one women team, if she could. She immediately became the best girl there, her coach so amazed by her progress, she actually had Zeinab tested for illegal supplements (which she passed, of course).
Still, Zeinab continued to do the exercises Kelsey told her to. She quickly began to notice her tone body growing more thick with muscle and strength. In another 2 weeks, she reached 6'7.5", and yet wasn't losing her balance, and was completely use to the weight she was gaining. She even noticed that her bra size went up a cup.
Over the month, Zeinab went from 6'5" to 6'8". She went from 190 lbs to 220 lbs, and her breasts couldn't even fit into her 36D cup bra. Her arm muscles looked fuller, her back was stronger, her legs were thicker with muscle. Kelsey, who hadn't seen Zeinab over the month, was shocked at her progress. "Holy shit Zeinab!" Kelsey almost shouter. "You look great!"
"Yeah! Those stretches and exercises really helped me out! I'm putting on so much height, I'm the tallest girl at the tryouts, It's great! How come you stopped doing them?"
"I didn't! I don't know why you gained so much from them."
Zeinab paused. "I've been thinking..."
