"How about we try swapping hair?"

"Okay," Evan said. He was glad that Abigail picked something simple to start. "I guess I just need to focus on making the swap?"

"If it actually works," Abigail said, laughing.

"Let's find out." Evan focused, and suddenly he saw Abigail's hair becoming shorter, forming into his short brown hair. Meanwhile, Evan's own hair grew out and became slightly darker, forming into his Abigail's dark, purple highlighted ponytail.

Evan said, tugging on his new ponytail, "This is weird."

"Yeah," Abigail agreed, running her fingers through her new short hair.

"Well, let's try swapping something else now that we know it works," Abigail said.
