"Now, normally we don't discuss the person who is renting your life until after we have completed out work," the woman in scrubs said. "But, today is going to be a little different because the person renting your life is actually someone you know, and I wanted to give you a heads up before we started. It may be a little more difficult than a standard agreement because you'll be in a position to watch someone else living your life, but you have to remember that no one else will be aware of the change, so please try not to discuss it over much with the person renting your life."

"Okay," Lisa said, now suddenly even more nervous. "But who is it that will be renting my life?"


Option 1: Lisa's own mother, Elizabeth Hale, is renting Lisa's life long enough to go on her senior class trip next week.

Option 2: Lisa's ex-boyfriend Tom Anderson, who thinks it will be a good way for them to understand each other and get back together.

Option 3: Wendy Landal, an overweight and unpopular classmate who's parent's are buying her this vacation as a graduation gift.

Option 4: Heather Rhodes, the mother of Lisa's best friend Megan. Heather is doing this so she can spend more time this summer with her daughter.
