Runes

by: Lonly Wanderer Author IconMail Icon
"Hello class" the woman at the front of the room greets, surprising everyone as she was actually pretty small compared to some of the others in the school, only standing about 12 feet tall, the exposed cleavage of her massive tits was actually par the course around here "My name is Robin, and I have been tasked with teaching you runes, which function as a language in and of themselves as well as when magic is applied can create timed charges, trap stones and defensively the wards that protect most of your houses. Now due to the delicate nature of this class the groups will be split even between sizes, with the smaller one clearing up any details that need touching up when the larger is done. Now we shall start ironically with the end" she jokes before crossing her arms and another arm grows out of the blackboard, which picks up the chalk and draws an Omega "This has several uses actually, Omega tends to be used both as an end to a runic array and in some more aggressive ward schemes it's best described as the fuck you button, usually attached to and the start of a VERY large explosion array" She then draws several more runes "The best thing to do for the class is to practice drawing the runes, and carving them into the clay left on each of your desks, so begin"

Morgan frowns, he wasn't the best with delicate things like this, he'd already known this was going to be his least favourite class, his partner Artemis was luckily very good, being a bit of an artist herself so she had the steady hand needed for replicating the runes from the board, even if she was a little shaky with the carver, it just meant Morgan had something to do, in this case adding the missing cross in her Yjun (Not a real word, far as I know)

Ren was loving this class, he was always a great artist so this was the perfect thing for him to do, especially first thing in the morning. Plus his partner Nora was just as good, she told him her dad had taught her to carve so she could make protection rune stones, as Damien had been overprotective parent 300%, Ren understood and was actually used to something similar, as his mom was also rather overprotective of him, usually due to his size.

Robin smiled, watching the kids work through her summon eyes, there were quite a few with potential.... and some self emulating idiots in the making alongside them. God the things she did for her friends, though at least her baby girl was making friends, the red head looking up from her work to grin just like her father, something which showed just how at ease she was.

What now?

1) Ren and Nora get a little over excited, activating an array by accident and causing problems for everyone.
2) Class ends and the groups split for class on size divides once more
3/4) Class ends and Morgan sticks with Artemis, while Ren sticks with Nora, the guys having difference classes anyway so it all works out.
