Ancient history is full of normal people taking part in Epic events. They were inspired to action in part by the equally epic myths of their age. Here I am taking both history and mythology and making them epic again for a modern audience. Each tale derives from ancient sources such as poems and histories, and each will be grounded in some historical fact (unless impossible, as with some mythologies). The tales come from all over the ancient world and nearly all continents, although my specialty is in the history and mythology of ancient Greece. Most stories will develop here before being posted to my blog.
