Hello, again, Drifter!
I see you really have been a drifter. I really never had a picture of Viet Nam in my head before. All I remember was that awful war! Willow Lake sounds like such a perfect refuse. I live in the city and miss being on the farm. The stars are so visible, it looks like I can touch one.

Hello, Harry,

I just finished reading your poem, "Pigeons are Deserving, Too." We have a lot of bird feeders and enjoy those little birds like chickadees and tufted Titmice. Timouse is singular. We have trouble with squirrels. So we put up squirrel feeders, offering corn cobs. That has helped some.

I love pigeons. They are so colorful and their feathers reflect the light iridescently. I really love the Mourning Doves that eat the left overs on the ground. I used to raise white doves and their cooing is so pleasant.

I enjoyed reading about your bird adventures.

I just finished your poem, "My Heart." I don't know a whole lot about poetry, so if you have made any grammatical mistakes or anything like that, I wouldn't notice. I thought your poem showed how much you are in love. Apparently, your heart had been broken before and you made a promise to your love and asked her to,"Say you'll stand by me all the way." I hope so.

Hello, Winnie,
I just finished reading your story, "Youth. Is it Wasted on the young?" I got into the story right away. The conversation and discriptions were very clear and so easy to understand and made me want to read more. I thought it was funny when Norman called Amanda "Nurse Ratchet." That movie, "One Flew over the Coo-coo's Nest, " is one of my favorites.

I could see that Norman was very proud of his grandson, the Doctor. But Norman acted like a cantancerous old man. I liked the way it ended, "Dammit, boy! Don't your scratvh that new flatscreen!"

Hello, Phantom,
I just finished reading your chapters on "Legend of Zelda:Compass of Secrets." I found it interesting and your dialoge believeable. I could almost picture Link and Laurel and their interactions. I would, myself, split up some of your paragraphs. It is hard to read and facts get fuzzy.

Hello, I just finished reading your story,"e-Love" (chapter 31). I am assuming the chapter must be out of a book you have written. Is it true? If not, you made it seem to be true. Your discripsion painted a real picture of Brazil. I would love to visit. I am also so pleased that Chrisina found love after being so loney. "A True Love Story Has No End." I like that.

Hello,

I just finished your story, "Super Pink Anonymous Meat." It is cool, but also, sad to me as I read. I wonder if the coon hound, Blue was eaten or Jake? I'm pretty sure it was Blue because he was begining to get sick already. It is a shame their meat was so far away.

The author should have mentioned how this man changed their lives forever. I liked ending, when the young woman and her psychiarist later, as they talk about dating thiss young man.

I somehow just stumbled into your story, "The Hospital Room." I worked on the neuroscience ward for a very short while. I could not deal with how the patients were treated, or not treated. The nurses routinely ignored calls for the bathroom and pain medication. They didn't clean the patients up, either, and the whole ward smelled like feces and urine. I know your story is not about all of this, it just made me remember how bad it can be.

Our hospital, MUSC, my husband works as a nurses assistant. He is in the new building's cardiac unit. Everything is clean and the equipment is state-of- the-artl The staff treats these people in the hospital like they are people and often get to know about them. So medical science is doing more and more. People are also getting much better trreatment.

Maryann gave us the Power picture at the bottom. It will be gone shortly. I like my whales the best. I had a hard time, finding the best way to imbed the entry. I have just finished a fold in my port about Top Hat's and my adventures. I keep edited the story until I get the Top Hat's stories the way I want it to read.

hi, I am glad you were awarded by the Angel Army. I sort of messed with it a few times and did some reviews for some of the writer. The Angel Army really does have some talented writers. I just forgot about the AA completely. I will try to be more in touch. I've been hanging with the Power Reviewers and we divide the money up with the other groups. I am sure y'all are on the list. Here we are, keeping up the gifts. I am kind of nervous, I never know Who I will win. I am still not experinenced to put in a raffe. I am taking one of the classes at the University. The subject is: "How to Navigate WDC." It is very difficult and I made it to lesson three and it takes me a long time. Cliff is also a student. so lucky for me, I can under stand today. hello, Harry,
I just finished your storomen called, "The Orange Ballon." I have never read your unusual style before, but I don' write poetry. My husband writes only poems. What I just read sounds Sounds like cross between a story and poetry. Cool! Your story was really sweet. Almost all Granmas dote on the grandchildren. The way she told the little girl it was proof of her Grandmother's love. It was wonderfully sweet to put another balloon in the tree.

Dear, Ida,
I just now finished your sad tale. I've had that problem and then married a man from "Canada!" I live in SC and there is no way I would even muster enough courage to go where I can't wear flip flops and tennis shoes! I've even have one of my favorite creatures come sniff my feet. I live on a farm and all animals like to sniff my snickers.

I feel so bad about your heartbreaking divorce. I will never get over mine and it's been16 years. Keep up your witing. I will read it when you get settled in. I hope you have the propern clothing!

I just now finished reading your short story, "Please Choose Me." It is an endearing story of a young orphan who needs a home. Of course, they all need homes, but Jeremy had been there longer than the other kids, and had his share of mishaps, he would be a perfect son for Mariana. I think she'll chose him.

I just now found your contest on thirty day blogging. I think it is a fun idea for people to open up and meet new friends with similar interests. I just finished reading your story on "The Thoroughbred." It remined me of some of the thoroughbreds I've bought and sold. They are the most magestic animals, always ready for action. Your poem painted a potrait of the horse and I could just picture you painted with your poetry. Yes, throughbreds are hot and ready to go!
